Andrew Gorobetz

Andrew Gorobetz brings 7 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, with a diverse background in all asset transactions. As the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management for Renegade Capital, he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing on various investment strategies throughout the Midwestern and Western region of the United States. In addition to acquisitions, Andrew leads the execution of Renegade’s asset management initiatives to provide best-in-class management expertise and reporting to the portfolio.

Prior to joining Renegade, Andrew worked at Stellar Management on the Acquisitions & Asset Management team focusing on investments and management of numerous assets across their portfolio, encompassing multifamily, office, development, and hotel assets, totaling 3M+ square feet. He also led all refinance and disposition initiatives for the portfolio totaling $1.5B in transactions. Prior to Stellar Management, he worked for Related Companies on the $35B development of Hudson Yards in New York City where he implemented business plans to help the largest private development in the history United States thrive and exceed expectations. Before Related Companies, he held a finance role at SL Green Realty Corp.

Andrew grew up in New York and recently made the move to Colorado. He graduated from the Masters of Real Estate program from New York University with a concentration in Real Estate Finance & Investment while working at Related Companies. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University where he was a member of the Real Estate Club. At Tulane, he played club soccer and intermural tennis. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid golfer, skier, and outdoor enthusiast.
