We are constantly in pursuit of great real estate with unrealized potential that can be strategically re-envisioned to deliver short and long-term value. We’re obsessively opportunity-driven and value-oriented, constantly in search of untapped value. We currently seek two product types:
Housing is the backbone of our portfolio. Consistent rising demand for quality workforce housing provides some of the most attractive risk/reward profiles when leveraged appropriately and the need for this housing is likely to persist over the long term, even in periods of economic disruption. We seek out well-located properties with deficiencies in supply-constrained markets where we can drive value creation through physical and operational improvements. Our track record of success and long-standing relationships throughout the industry consistently provide off-market opportunities where we can leverage our expertise.
Our core-plus strategy focuses on the careful selection of infill buildings in core-plus and emerging urban neighborhoods. We seek out under-utilized and underperforming properties in exceptional locations that warrant an inspired and often substantial repositioning. We aim for these projects to be ambitiously distinctive and serve as exceptional spaces to live, work, and play.
